In the future will outer display ability be avaible without camera use

While I cannot comment on what future abilities might be enabled, I strongly recommend that you provide feedback as to your use case. Curt said this best: "We love getting feedback reports – if the feedback report is more than just this is wrong or I need this – but rather here's what we are trying to accomplish for people and here's what we think would help. That is great feedback. That is actionable."
We love the creativity that developers have and the things that you imagine that we haven't thought of yet. We want to hear your ideas and help make them possible.
