I'm a tax resident of the Netherlands and have a Ukrainian citizenship. The field "Country or Region of Citizenship" is locked and prefilled with "Netherlands". I don't want to provide incorrect information and still waiting for the support answer. This is obviously a bug. How can I change it? I've seen some similar posts, but there is no useful answers.

Facing the same issue - did you get a resolution? I have been stuck with Apple Support (or lack thereof) for 3 months now. I follow up every week and get the same canned "The finance team is looking into it" response.

I have an absolutely identical situation. My country of citizenship is automatically set incorrectly in the W-8BEN form, and the field is locked so I cannot change it.
Were you able to resolve this issue? If so, how?
Also, are there any other ways to contact Apple Support or Finance Support regarding this issue?
I have already been waiting for a response from Apple Support for almost three weeks and have not received any response to my Finance Support requests.
