CarPlay Entitlements for navigation

Bonjour,

Je viens ici afin d'exposer mon problème en espérant trouver une solution.

En Août 2025 j'ai publié une demande afin de pouvoir développer une application Carplay de type navigation. Ma demande n'a jamais été traitée, j'ai soumis une autre demande en février, puis en avril. Toujours sans réponse.

Depuis environ 3 semaines, j'appelle Apple toutes les semaines afin de demander à ce que ma demande soit traitée. J'ai bien évidemment une réponse m'indiquant que la demande était remontée, mais sans retour par la suite.

Je commence à sérieusement perdre patience, et ne trouve aucune solution.

Quelles seraient vos propositions ?

To request an entitlement for CarPlay, please refer to the following documentation: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/carplay/requesting-carplay-entitlements.

To create a CarPlay Navigation app, you do not require any entitlement. Please provide more details about the specific functionality you need assistance with so that we can better understand your requirements.

If your app is primarily a map viewer, a route planner, or a point-of-interest (POI) finder without active turn-by-turn routing, you do not need a Navigation entitlement. If your app better fits the "Point of Interest" or "Driving Task" categories, submit the correct request under the correct category.

Please provide more information about what you trying to request and what the app requires. Thanks
