I created my developer account on Wednesday and paid for the subscription straight away, but I’ve been waiting ever since. It says that processing can take up to 48 hours, but I’ve now been waiting for five days and nothing has changed... I’ve contacted customer service but haven’t received a reply. Is this normal?

I have made also request few days back and paid for account but no response on the request or on customer service. There is another post saying that someone is waiting 2 weeks. I am very dissapointed how the process looks like.

I signed up and paid on the 25th. After no response I called apple tech support. 2 hours later. The response is they can’t help me but would push my request up the chain. I just paid a second time thinking it may be a glitch. Honestly this is unacceptable. When my app had a million users will it take three weeks to reach apple when something goes wrong?!?!
I created my business account on June 10th 2026 and still waiting. Support got back to me the 18th : "First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout the duration of this case. We are experiencing an unexpected volume of support requests, which has impacted our response time. I hope you’re doing well. ... While I wish I could provide a concrete time estimate for this case, I can assure you that the appropriate team will reach out to you immediately upon any changes or updates."
