I want develop an app for real-time streaming spatial video transmission from an Apple Vision Pro to another Apple Vision Pro and play, like MV-HEVC, does it's possible? If it's possible how to make it?

Now, it has been achieved to record Side-by-Side (left and right side-by-side) spatial videos using the interface provided by arKitSession on Vision Pro and save them in the MP4 container. How can we efficiently convert it to MV-HEVC and generate HLS streams?
